Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

1.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

aef365 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, aef365 may require players to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aef365 may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Security & Responsibility

2.1 Player Responsibility for Account Access

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your aef365 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. aef365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aef365 customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. aef365 will investigate all reports of unauthorised account access and may temporarily suspend an account while such an investigation is conducted.

2.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access aef365 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. aef365 implements device-level verification for login attempts from new or unrecognised devices, but this does not remove the player's own responsibility to maintain secure access to their registered device.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aef365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. aef365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source where possible.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. aef365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.4 Currency

All player accounts on aef365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. aef365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by the player's bank or payment provider.

Warning: Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods on aef365 will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by aef365 are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player. Players who hold or have held a previous aef365 account are not eligible for new player bonuses. aef365 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to void bonuses found to have been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

aef365 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk mathematical strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, aef365 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the player's account.

4.4 Seasonal and Market-Specific Promotions

aef365 offers promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spin events, Victory Day reload offers, and BPL season betting boosts. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms and validity period, which will be communicated clearly at the time of launch. General bonus terms apply unless specifically overridden by the seasonal promotion's own rules.

Game Rules & Sports Betting

5.1 Game Fairness

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by aef365, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. aef365 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period; (c) the result is declared void by the relevant governing body; or (d) technical errors affected the integrity of the bet placement process. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's aef365 balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

aef365 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, and promotional periods. Where a player's winnings on a single event or game session exceed the applicable limit, aef365 will pay out at the maximum limit and void the excess. Maximum limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the relevant game or market information.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or aef365.
Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to aef365 support.
Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using stolen payment credentials.
Threatening, harassing, or abusing aef365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Circumventing self-exclusion, account closure, or responsible gaming restrictions through the creation of a new account.

Platform Availability & Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. aef365 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime that is outside its reasonable control.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the aef365 platform, including but not limited to the aef365 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of aef365 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any aef365 content is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aef365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security. aef365's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in the player's account at the time the claim arose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
